This kit includes carpet hanging fittings such as a 1.5mm steel cable and a carpet clamp, making it quick and simple to hang rugs from picture rails. The rug or fabric is secured by sliding it into the clamp, which is tightened using a hex bolt. Note that the picture rail is not included in the kit.
